Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VAIO account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the laptop or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and perform a factory reset, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
